James Devaney/GC ImagesJennifer Lopez fans will get a double dose of the singer/actress in an upcoming episode of the NBC comedy Will & Grace, according to E! Online, confirming a story that first appeared in Vanity Fair.
Lopez, who made a guest appearance as herself during the show's sixth and and seventh seasons, reportedly will play her Shades of Blue character, NYPD Detective Harlee Santos, as well this time.
In season six of Will & Grace, it was revealed that J.Lo grew up in Bronx, New York with the now departed Rosario, a maid who worked for Megan Mullally's character on the show, Karen. She also performed her hit, "Waiting for Tonight," at Karen's wedding, with Jack -- played by Sean Hayes -- serving as her back-up dancer.
Will & Grace, also starring Eric McCormack and Debra Messing, airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
Shades of Blue, also on NBC, returns for its third season later this year.
